Let Me Tell You Something About Plastic Card

Plastic card is made of PVC material, so it is also called a PVC card. PVC material includes white PVC, clear PVC and colored PVC. The main material we use is white and clear PVC. The standard size of a plastic card is 85.5 × 54 mm. Other shapes are also supported, such as round, square or cartoon shapes. The standard thickness of plastic card is 0.76mm. We can also make other thicknesses from 0.18mm to 2mm.

Plastic cards are widely used, you can use them as:

1. ID card. With variable head portrait, name, number, etc., printed, convenient for organization management. We can also punch a round hole or a slot hole to work with a lanyard, then you can wear it around your neck.

1. Proof sheet confirmation. You just need to provide us with the size, quantity and artwork, and we’ll make a proof sheet for your confirmation before production.
2. Printing. We support CMYK offset printing, silk printing, and digital printing. We’ll choose the best printing solution according to your requirements.
3. Lamination. With films laminated on the card surface, the cards will be laminated into a glossy finish, matte finish or frosted finish.
4. Die cutting. The laminated PVC sheet will be cut into several PVC cards by Machine. It will become the final shape you want. The edges will be smooth.
5. Personalizations. Then we do personalizations on the individual PVC card. Such as barcode, variable data,
